Add your team members

Gleamly allows you to add multiple team members to your account. There are two different to roles:

  • Host: same access as primary host. Think of this as "admin" privilege.

  • Maid: limited access. Maid can only see the Tasks they are assigned to and Conversations that they are added to.

How to add your team member?

  1. Click on your avatar on the bottom left of navigation bar

  2. Go to Account Settings

  3. Click on Team Members

  4. Click on Add Member

  5. Enter First name, Last name, Email, and Role. Click Add Member

Your team member will be notified via email with a link to setup their account. Team members accounts are included in the subscription.
