Personalizing your AI-Assistant

Gleamly allows you to personalize your AI Assistant's tone to your liking. However, to get you started, we have built your assitant to be empathetic, concise, and provide accurate information. Your assistant is specifically trained to respond directly to the guests.

  1. Click on AI Settings in the left navigation bar

  2. Update the Instructions (also known as Prompt)

  3. You can also try 3 different LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet, and Claude Haiku)

  4. Click Save Changes
